French bilingualism stacks on top of a strong English score: +50 if your English is CLB 5+ in all four abilities, +25 otherwise. It also qualifies you for French-proficiency category draws โ the largest ITA source after CEC in 2026.
3. Upgrade education (+15 to +50)
A one-year postgrad certificate on top of a Bachelor's moves you to the "two or more credentials" tier. Always get an ECA (Educational Credential Assessment) โ foreign degrees score zero without one.
